I am addicted to Pbase and Flickr, so many awsome images so little time to sketch them. This little Moorhen chick is my first victim.

Little Bubbles

Bubbles has been special from the beginning, she is the firts panda Panda bulldog I have ever seen. It is for this reason that she automatically is disqualify  from ever entering any dog show.  I did this sketch from the first picture we got from the Breeder.  I loved her personality from the start.

Last year, I read an article on Newsweek called "Gorilla Warfare" about the war on the Congo and the slaughter of four Mountain gorillas three females and Sekekwe, the mammoth silver back and the alpha male of the family. One of the female included a female with breast full of milk with a baby that lay dead inside her womb. I did this color pencil sketch as a study for an oil painting were I called this unborn baby OBE. 

Urban Love bird

Though she may not be aware, Paloma Hernandez, CEO and president of Urban Health, has been a great inspiration to me. (www.urbanhealthplan.org) She has dedicated all her love and time to improve health care in under served communities providing affordable, comprehensive, and very high quality medical care. I decided to do a color pencil sketch of a love bird flying toward the company's logo as a Chritsmas gift, to thank her, Paloma you are a true champion.
